Very disappointed. My dementia mother was put on oxygen and had some major issues that we were never informed about through her nurse Amy. When I asked why we were not informed, Amy seemed defensive and all I got were excuses. She eventually apologized, but there actions were unacceptable.
We have been so pleased with the care Crossroads has given to my mother and father. Every person we have seen has been so caring. They are helpful with every question I have for them and very patient as I work my way through understanding how to help my parents in their latter days of life.
