Angels Care Hospice

The care was phenomenal, they answered any questions and were available 24/7. The care and compassion provided to my Mom and to my family was amazing. My mom passed so peacefully and the nurses were so gentle and caring, not just with my Mom but with my Dad and myself. They are Angels indeed.

I am deeply disappointed with the care provided. My father’s end-of-life care was marred by several serious issues. The service failed to provide appropriate care, incorrectly prescribed medication, and offered no guidance on how to keep him comfortable during his final days. Their repeated response to our requests for advice was "What do you want to do?", which was both unhelpful and frustrating. Despite knowing it was the end of life for my father, the lack of support and direction left us feeling helpless and unsupported. The only positive aspect of our experience was the care provided by the CNA, who was exceptional. I ultimately had to switch to a different hospice service, which offered compassionate and effective care, a stark contrast to the inadequate service we received here. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Home hospice care which I didn't even know was a available (@ no cost!.)... All the way to "end of f life" hospice care They helped me so much with guidance & final planning. * Love love love Jessica Hernandez, Trish, Danny, & all the other staff members including nurses, social workers, bathing assistants, & clergy!
