Bright Heart Hospice

Bright Heart Hospice has been caring for my grandfather for almost a month now, and the care they provide has been truly exceptional. During such a difficult and emotional time for our family, their compassion, patience, and professionalism have meant more to us than words can express. Valarie has been absolutely amazing. She is kind, compassionate, and always takes the time to help my grandmother and the rest of our family understand what is happening. She shares her knowledge with such a gentle and reassuring tone, making sure we never feel alone or unsure. Courtney, RN, is also incredible. She is patient, caring, and takes the time to listen and answer our questions. Her kindness and professionalism have brought our family so much comfort. And Annastazia and Liberty are truly the most amazing hospice aides a family could ask for. They treat my grandfather with so much dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. They don't just provide care—they bring comfort and kindness into our home, and our family is incredibly grateful for both of them. We are so thankful to the entire Bright Heart Hospice team for the exceptional care they have given my grandfather and the support they have shown our entire family. Choosing hospice for someone you love is never easy, but having a team like this beside you makes such a difficult journey a little easier. Cathy and her TEAM at Bright Heart are in hospice for the RIGHT reasons. Individually owned and operated by Cathy herself, your loved one will get the individual care & support they deserve. BHH is not like other hospices, it is not a numbers game to them, as a patient, you are family.
