My family is leaving 1 star for two of the RNs that helped through out our experience with Emerald. Both were amazing and are to good to be associated with this company. With that being this was an awful experience. Our mom's comfort was denied. And the director would not even give the respect of calling family to discuss the denial of treatment. The chaplain obviously only follows the directors orders to rush the family instead of doing his job of offering prayers and comfort to family at the time of death. If you want comfort care and support for your family this grieving family suggests to USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! And Darlena we will even say a prayer for you. We pray in your families time of need that they don't encounter help from someone like you. Everyone should have respect and comfort for their loved ones in the final days.
