Good Shepherd Hospice cared for my dad in his final months and they did an AMAZING job...the nurses, chaplains, therapists and everyone in between was kind, caring and responsive to however they could help our whole family. They didn't only give my dad wonderful care, but also my mom, my sister and me, and our extended family as well, including daily visits during his last days (by his favorite nurse) and care for our family once he had passed. I can't say enough about the love, respect and kindness we received from Good Shepherd Hospice in Ardmore. We had used another local hospice previously when my dad had a fall, and we did not receive the same level of care from them unfortunately. Good Shepherd was professional and we highly recommend them for hospice care in Ardmore.

They oversaw my mother, she was in hospice a little over a month between home care before finally being moved to a facility when we could no longer care for her. We had her main case worker Edith, and then Michelle. There were multiple nurses that came to check on my mom about twice a week at home. They made sure to monitor her ailments and organize her medicine for the week. They also worked diligently with their pharmacy to make sure hospice covered my mother's necessary medicine for comfort. They were on-call 24/7, my mom had a bad fall and broke her femur in the middle of the night and they came to check on her and in the morning brought a mobile x-ray to check everything. Shortly after my mother went to Southbrook where Good Shepherd was there daily with other hospice patients and would check in with my mom. When my mother finally passed they called me and followed up to check on me a few days later. I recommend them to help loved ones maintain comfort and support family in the transition. Thank you.

Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend. My dad suffered more than he should have his last days. It’s unacceptable.
