Heartland Hospice is truly exceptional! Felecia Moore, one of their care consultants, gives 110% to every patient and family she serves, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. When my own family needed hospice care, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with compassion and professionalism. Her dedication and genuine heart set her apart — you won’t find anyone better to partner with for hospice care consultations.

Would not recommend, it is like pulling teeth to get supplies or even basic answers. The best two things to happen from that place was Amber Palmer super sweet went above and beyond and Dylan Moore. I believe her name is Cynthia, she is rude. She told my aunt that it was our problem. Like we needed to hear that at the moment. Then they sent a nurse out that I am not even sure should be a nurse named Dana. They will not be there for your loved ones. I heard rumors of a snake for a manager from the companies own staff. Said that he was only in it for the money, he gets a bonus if supply orders are below budget. So patients go without while his pockets fill. If the employees are saying it. It is bad and patients are suffering someone should listen. Sadly we did not get the chance to switch companies. Now that it is over with though I will share these thoughts so no other families will suffer. Heartland went way down hill when they got bought out. It was not this bad when my mom was on service. I want to thank the previous staff as well. I will never be able to thank them enough they was saints compared to this new crew.
