Awful!!! ...Mike in Okc was great but after referral here with Dr Willets the experience was insulting at best after mom passed away ...went for "GriefShare" which just walks you to a closed office door saying Dr Willets is helping someone now like me and will call afterwards and then calls the next day saying he doesn't do that and then proceeds to laugh at me while grieving and advised to try again ... if you want to be lied to and laughed at and ridiculed in your time of grief this is the place but if you want professionalism go elsewhere please and save yourself or live ones the grief.

Has been the worst place to go to for comfort care they have done nothing but gave my mom the wrong medication. Keep putting her off when we need something for comfort care started out with a good bed bath and now they are not.

Be careful! The nurses are excellent, but they only visited my husband twice a week. Evidently they do not have enough nurses to visit more often. We were promised that there would be someone to help us through at the end of my husband’s life—not so, I was told that they could sent a “sitter” at my expense to awaken me every time for meds. Evidently the office staff is not familiar with what happens to a COPD patient in their last days—medical equipment to clear my husband was not brought until the second day of his last three days and then we were not instructed on how to use it. To end, my husband passed on a Wednesday and the following Friday a nurse aide called to ask if my husband wanted her to come help with his shower. So my opinion is that Seasons need more nurses, need to educate caretakers of the death process, and last communicate with all nurses and aides about their patients.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
