Karmen Legacy Hospice in Stillwater has been such a comfort to our family. We recently met with them about care for my grandma, and they were incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding throughout the process. Brooke, the liaison, spent so much time with us and answered every question with kindness. She is truly an angel, and we are so grateful for the way she supported our family during this time.
Lack of care and definitely non-responsive to phone calls. They expect the family member to take care of things at all times and not bother them unless it's actually the end of life time. I was told that I shouldn't have taken my family member to the hospital when all they had was a UTI. A nurse literally belittled me for taking them for something that antibiotics cured and told me that I should have just let nature take it's place and it was Gods plan for them to die...from a UTI??? The only good part of Karman Legacy Hospice was the chaplain. I ended care with Karman Legacy Hospice and went on to find a company that really loves and cares for their patients.
They took wonderful care of Tom. They always was quick to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated all they did. Great people. 👍
