Affinity Hospice - Florence

Affinity Hospice in Florence, Alabama, provided care for my mother, the last three months of her life. They were absolutely wonderful. Each and every nurse, bath aid, social worker and chaplain offered mom the best care that could’ve been given to a person. I was very anxious initially about calling Hospice to help her as her health declined, but I quickly realized these people were very very good at what they did and they did it with great kindness and respect. I cannot recommend them enough. My two sisters, and I were very pleased and thankful for their care. Lisa Downs and Katie Holt were the two nurses that I was most frequently working with. But there were many more that were absolutely fantastic. Thank you all so much for your TLC.

Everyone was wonderful and so sympathetic and caring. Affinity was such a blessing to me and my family during this difficult time. Kerstin, Macey, Kate, and Matt were all so kind and professional. Kerstin and Macey were my mother's main care givers and they were like angels. Thank you all for everything.

My father was on service for a little over 6 months with affinity hospice and they are such amazing people, both the field staff and office staff. A special shoutout to his amazing nurse Loretta for being there through it all. Even as he was passing away she was there for him and comforted him until the very end. Great work Affinity! I will recommend your service to anyone in need.
