The kindest most caring team you will ever meet! They are personable, but professional from the time they answer the phone to the time they come out to the house and even after your loved one has passed. I would put these nurses and staff up beside anyone.

My aunt was on hospice this service provides truly compassionate, exceptional care during one of the hardest times a family can face. Everyone is kind, professional, and treats patients with dignity and respect. A special thank you to Mckenzie, who goes above and beyond. She is caring, patient, and has such a big heart.You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I highly recommend this hospice to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for their loved ones.

My dad was a patient with aveanna for about two years or more. Sadly, he passed April, 2024. Well, prior to his transitioning, my dad received the worst care any patient could ever dream of experiencing in their time of need. I complained to the higher -up plus my complaints were followed by letters to top officials. My family and I had all the tools for a lawsuit. We, as a family tried to overlook the negligence, an unsympathetic nurse, and false advertisement regarding this company. To this day, as we think of negligence regarding my dad it still hurts. My sister cries just about everyday because she remembers the uncaring, the complaining nurse. The statement she made as to whether or not my dad was transitioning Was totally confusing to the family. We were broken hearted. This company did not stand behind their word of conduct. My dad care during the transitioning stage was uncalled for in every way. My dad was black American. Be cautious with this company. I stand behind everything I have mention in this review. We, the family ,are still hurting due to uncaring people. Some of the staff was genuinely nice while others made negative comments. Thank you very much
