I can’t say enough good things about the team at Hospice of Alabama who serve Etowah County. We were truly blessed to have Shelby sent to us. She was exactly who my momma needed and who I needed during this time. Shelby was always so compassionate and understanding, yet she never sugar-coated anything. She told me the truth about Mom’s condition, the good and the bad, and I will always respect her for that. I also have to mention Sherry and Kiesha. Both of them were absolutely wonderful. Sherry always took the time to talk with me, and it’s clear this is more than just a job to these ladies it’s a calling. Over the years, Mom had many nurses and CNAs, but none ever came close to these two. I thank God for putting them in this line of work, and for putting them in our path. I lost my precious momma just two days ago, but I’m so grateful that Shelby and Kiesha were there for her journey. I will never forget their kindness, their care, and the love they showed.
The nurse, Shelby, takes excellent care of her patients! No doubt that your loved one will be cared for with dignity and respect!
