It’s been one year ago today that we lost our dad. My family has always lived in Mena. What we didn’t know is when my dad transitioned to hospice from his oncologist, that there were other hospice options in town. We were only given this option. Did you know when someone is actively dying, they only come out for about 10 minutes a day. Your family is the one responsible for giving them around the clock medicine. Going through all we went through was the most traumatizing experience that I never could have imagined. Phyllis was the only person in that compamy that seemed like she truly had a heart for this business. Isn’t it also illegal to leave all the drugs (morphine, lorazepam, etc) with the family and ask them to dispose of it? It’s been a year but I’m still upset at how the days went leading up to my Dads passing. If this is your only option - ask questions. Know what’s expected of you. We wanted our Dad to pass peacefully at home. We thought that meant more help. If you want more help- they have to go to a hospice hospital is what we were told. I’m sorry but I can’t recommend this company. Misty Howard

I think it's important to leave these reviews. Especially when it comes to the care of a loved one. This company, and the wonderful people that make this company run, are amazing. I know a few of them outside of this situation. They are always helping others, ,and usually have additional jobs helping others. Just all around Earth Angels. Thank you guys for everything. My whole family is grateful 🙏.

Thank you to Elite Hospice for the exceptional care my aunt received during her time on hospice service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met for her and the family. We could not have asked for better care. A special thank you to her nurse, Linda and Her CNA Melia. They both made her feel so loved and special. Thank you again for everything. We appreciate everyone so much!

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
