Elite Palliative care has been wonderful. I adore my nurse. My only complaint is that they don't offer the level of care I need. Due to my conditions, it is nearly impossible for me to leave my house, let alone drive or ride in a car for an hour both ways to get to a specialty clinic. This is why I chose Palliative care. However, since they can't provide the level of care I need, I still have to travel an hour both ways to find that care. Not to mention, those specialists are limited and can only provide minimal care. I wish Elite could do more for their NWA patients and were able to provide the doctor necessary to provide that care.
The three Elite nurses, doctor and chaplain that helped with my dad’s last three days were simply amazing, and I can’t image them doing anything differently to make the experience better. And to the two nurses that checked in on me and dad on 5/18, dad’s final day, thank you for the hugs. Much needed. ♥️ A week after dad passed, I received a wonderful sympathy card signed by the staff, and even received a phone call checking up on me. Elite was simply amazing!
They care- they’re detailed and I had the pleasure of an amazing Nurse (Aimee) and case worker (Katy). It was a hard time and they took the time to tailor their care to what I needed. Communication was a 10/10. Highly recommend-
