When you’re in a situation like we are, that is so detrimental. This group stepped in and they have helped us and went way above and beyond. Victoria is one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met. Joseph is the very best out there at caring for your loved ones. He developed a relationship with John and has been there every step of the way. We are getting discharged today to go home and he’s gonna meet us at the house and make sure the oxygen correctly and that we know EVERYTHING we need to know. I cannot Express how helpful and thoughtful these people are. I would never make it without them.

If it were possible it would be ZERO. It took 2 days for someone from Legacy to respond for an increase of meds for my Grandmother. We have had her in "hospice care" for almost a week and HAVE NOT seen anyone from Legacy at all. (Social worker stopped, but she can't do anything) This is ridiculous. Your ONE JOB is to help people that are passing be comfortable!! YOU HAVE FAILED MISERABLY!
