I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made the decision to elect hospice services for my mother, but I cannot say enough wonderful things about Life Touch Health”s Faulkner County team. I highly recommend them. The care, compassion, and support they provided to both my mother and me during such a difficult time were truly incredible. Our nurses, first Morgan and then Micaela, made me feel so much more comfortable and confident in caring for my mother. They helped me understand what was happening as her condition declined and guided me in keeping her safe, peaceful, and comfortable. Our aide, Hannah, was beyond amazing. It was so clear how genuinely she cared for my mother. She was incredibly gentle and compassionate with her, and she comforted me more times than she probably realizes during our conversations about my mother’s decline; Her kindness meant so much to me. Mica, our chaplain, always seemed to have the right words at the right time. She was such a source of comfort and reassurance during an incredibly emotional experience. During my mother’s final weekend, Alicia was our on-call nurse. She was so reassuring, compassionate, and comforting when I needed it most. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the nurse who made the final visit after my mother passed, but I will never forget how calm and peaceful she made that moment feel. Hospice care is something you never really understand until you need it. They helped me care for my mother at home and gave us comfort, dignity, and peace through the very end. I will always be grateful for the compassion each of you showed my mother and for the support you gave me while I was caring for her. Thank you, Morgan, Micaela, Hannah, Mica, Alicia, and everyone at LifeTouch Health who helped us through this journey. . What you do matters more than you know, and I will never forget the kindness you showed my mother and me.

I am a caregiver, but needed help with my mother at the end. I have the unique perspective of watching hospice provide services for a client of mine and for my mother as a client. There is not one negative thing I can say from either perspective. From our caseworker Tricia, to our nurse Tisha, to our care provider April, I could not have asked for anyone better. They were understanding, kind, and loving. The resources they provided were invaluable. They have perfected the services they offer and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU, with my whole heart, for everything you did for my mother.

This place has been wonderful for us and my mom. Being able to be with us instead of being in the hospital has made this an easier situation for all of us as well. The nurses, cna and case worker have all been super pleasant, caring, and understanding. I highly recommend this hospice care for your love ones. ❤️
