I am receiving home hospice care from Haven in Palatka and my nurse Cindy is absolutely wonderful. She visits me once a week and is always there when I need her. She provides such warm, compassionate care that truly feels like the 'gold standard.' I also appreciate that Cindy listens and explains so i understand. I feel so supported having her for my care. I highly recommend their home care team.
The entire staff at Haven Hospice was wonderful with keeping our loved one comfortable until she transitioned to be with Jesus. Nikki, one of the many nurses at the facility, was so compassionate, caring, and attentive to her needs. She looked after our emotional needs as well, as we tried to accept loosing someone very, very special to us. We will be forever grateful.
We have my dad there now as of last night. The nurse shown us great care and sensitivity for our dad. I know some of you have already gone through losing a loved one. Whether you know it or not I pray for everyone. We all need prayer because there's not a single person in this world not going through things. Just know that I may never have seen you or know you no matter where you are in this world I'm praying for you. My dad doesn't have much time left so it's my duty to take care of mom no matter what it costs me. 52 years of marriage is a long time and I'll never know what their bond and love truly is. Very few of us shall ever witness that. If I could save my father's life with my own I would just to see my mom happy. I believe my dad is in the best care facility in our area. Thank you all so much.
