These people are amazing and we've only been with them for 2 weeks. I was desperate for help caring for my mom, who has dementia. Moms doc referred her to them after an appointment and they called before we even got home.They take ALL Medicare and everthing is paid for by Medicare. Moms nurses are great and highly skilled. Her aid gets her to do things that I have to go to battle over (bathing, washing hair, etc). Everyone who has interacted with mom speaks to her like a normal person and easily roll with it if she doesn't respond or gives them a bizarre answer. They know what to expect from someone in dementia. They've already sent various pieces of equipment and supplies.They are totally committed to the patient. They have lifted a huge weight of my chest b/c now we have a safety net. Best Christmas gift ever from moms doc and Vitas!
I have no complaint with this company. They come to take care of my daughter, and we get fantastic service from them, from the start to now.
We have been with them for a month has been very stressful you call several times no one gets back to you ..very sad the way they care for the patients.
