The Aide is awesome, nurse was ok. Bed was brought without warning and I didn’t have help removing Mom from the current bed. Driver said he would be back that evening or next morning. I found help to move Mom and he didn’t call or show. Pain medication has not yet come.
I love my CNN I just am having problems with getting a nurse I’ve had about five. I think you all are short staffed. Other than that it’s pretty good.
My favorite nurse for my dear Grandma is Ms. Kathleen who is patient, respectful and most of all caring for the needs of my 87 year old Grandma. My 2nd favorite nurse is Kaitlyn as she goes above and beyond to make sure we have the proper equipment and medication to make my beautiful and loving Grandma comfortable. All praises for people that truly care about their elderly patients. 🙌🏾💞🙌🏾
