Nurses are on site around the clock.

I want to say thank you to the care workers that came for my dad. I will say the reason we changed to another hospice company was the follow through from management. It should not take days or weeks to figure out what my father needed for pain management. We were completely new to this and feel like management has become like a robot and blind to people that have never been through this process. The new company figured it out in less than 24 hours. Then you cancelled my dads equipment stating he didnt need it anymore. Knowing it could be transferred to the new company. That is cold blooded cruelty knowing he was transitioning. I wouldnt let you in my house if you were the last company in georgia.I thank god i trusted my gut and changed companies.
For crying out loud get that receptionist off the phone!!!!. She is extremely unprofessional and rude and seems so bothered to do the jib she’s getting paid to do. She has hung up in my ear twice during the conversation and my asking questions with BANG! She does not want to be there. If she needs a day or two let her take it. Extremely poor service!

Margaret thank you for your prompt response each time.To the nurse Theresa thank for your gentle way you give information. Last Mary Jo great leadership Thank the whole staff I will never be able to say how the staff made this so much easier with compassion they showed during both time. Thank you from my family

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
