Eternal Faith Hospice and Palliative Care - Blairsville

5/20/2026 I have been with Eternal Faith since February. I have an extremely aggressive form of cancer that is also in my bones. It is very very painful. My nurses, Tiffani and Megan, have worked with me during this time to figure out exactly what meditations and regiments to control my pain and keep me comfortable. While being patient and kind and listening to every issue, every symptom, every positive and negative while figuring it all out. They are angels! I can't say how grateful I am for them and their kindness, knowledge and patience. I can be a little difficult lol but they have supported me and cried with me thru the toughest times!! I'm so thankful to have such amazing ladies caring for me. I would highly recommend both of these ladies to anyone who needs caring, smart, patient nurses! As for the rest of the Eternal Faith team... the main Management Ms. Michelle is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you're heard and you have the best caregivers! I also am fond of their Social Worker, Lane. She will also go above and beyond to get you what you need. Whether it's equipment or helping with Medicare/Medicaid. She'll also sit and talk with you. She's so sweet. Almost as important as the nurses... Dr Talbot. He is wonderful! He worked with my nurses to figure out how to manage my pain. He's been so patient with me during this process. He's so smart! And even when I'm being difficult sometimes, I do follow his lead and he'll be right about certain meditation that does help me very much. I love that they think out of the box to figure out a solution for things. Something I was really impressed by, their team has meetings. They'll all sit and talk about each patient. All aspects. That's turned out to be very beneficial to me. Share ideas and possible solutions. The staff/team at Eternal Faith Blairsville has been amazing. I wasn't given this much time left. I'm not sure what's kept me here past the time estimated, but I'll say this, the care and comfort they've given me has made my extra time better than I could have ever expected! I'm so thankful to Tiffani and Megan. And Dr. Talbot, of course! You three have done so much for me. Their goal is to keep you comfortable and keep you doing what you want. I'm a very (was) a very active person. I said I want to keep going as pain free as possible. And that's what they've done. I have used traditions for some time now.and the entire staff from office nurses cna's and the chaplain. Have been awesome and listen to my needs and concerns. My life partner is on long term hospice with them and some of the staff helped me take care of my mom before she passed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

What can I say? Traditions was incredible. They were there for my husband’s needs and my needs, twenty-four hours a day. They helped me tremendously at the worst times, especially when my husband had become difficult in eating, dressing, etc and when he fought me. And again, during his last days, making him comfortable with no suffering, in guiding me, preparing me, and praying for both us. I recommend Traditions with all my heart and soul. Even after my husband’s passing, they’ve kept in contact me, checking on me. Thank you Traditions for all you did for my husband and I. You went over and above and am very appreciative.
