To the Family Hospice Team, Our family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional, compassionate, and supportive care you provided over the past year. Our loved one suffered from Alzheimer’s dementia, and throughout this difficult journey, every member of your team treated him with dignity, kindness, and respect. Your compassion extended far beyond his care—you also cared for our family, offering comfort, encouragement, and support when we needed it most. From the nurses and CNAs to the chaplain, each of you made a lasting difference in our lives. Your dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion will never be forgotten. Although our hearts are heavy, we find peace knowing he is now resting safely in the arms of the Lord. We truly could not have walked this journey without each of you. Please accept our deepest gratitude for all you have done for our family. With sincere appreciation, The Crane and Hulsey Family

My family’s experience with Family Hospice was exceptional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having previously worked with other hospice providers for my mother’s care, I can honestly say that Family Hospice was in a completely different league. From the very first interaction, Marcus made a tremendous impression. He guided us through the application and paperwork process with professionalism and outstanding communication. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and reassuring. Once my mother was admitted, she was assigned to Liz Baehr as her nurse, and we could not have asked for anyone better! Liz was warm, caring, and genuinely invested in my mother’s comfort and well-being. She always took her time during visits, never making us feel rushed, and was incredibly thorough in her assessments. Most importantly, she made my mom feel loved, respected, and cared for. Liz even shared her personal cell phone number and was always available to answer questions and address concerns, which provided tremendous peace of mind for me. Mom’s CNA, Hailey, was equally wonderful. She always arrived with a smile and treated my mother with incredible gentleness, dignity, and compassion. It was obvious that she truly cared about the people she served. My Mom's faith was very important to her, and Aaron, the chaplain, provided tremendous spiritual support. He would call after his visits to let me know how Mom was doing, and he spent meaningful time praying with her and reading scripture. Knowing that Mom’s spiritual needs were being cared for was a beautiful comfort. Our social worker, Arri, was an invaluable resource throughout the process. Other hospice services had social workers but I never heard from them. Arri was different. She was always willing to help with questions about medical equipment, assist with paperwork, and provide guidance whenever challenges arose. She was especially helpful with FMLA paperwork and navigating all kinds of issues that came up along the way. Every single person we encountered at Family Hospice demonstrated genuine compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to caring for my mother. They treated her like family and provided support not only to her but to me as well. If you are searching for a hospice provider that will care for your loved one with dignity, compassion, and excellence, look no further! I wholeheartedly recommend Family Hospice. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will always be grateful for the care they provided to my mother and to our family. With deep gratitude, The family of Connie Kocot

From start to finish, our families journey with Family Hospice was exceptional. A sudden illness created a need in our mother's life that the family alone couldn't meet. The compassionate care we received from Family Hospice waa second to none and we thank each individual who helped us during this challenging season.
