Family Hospice - Stockbridge

Our family has had the best experience with Family Hospice. My mother’s nurses are Melissa Upton and Olivia Wiley and they have been so compassionate, thorough and hard working for our family. Our level of care has been top notch and we are so appreciative and thankful to have a Family Hospice as our provider as we go through this journey. Thank you so much and I will recommend your company to anyone I know who needs hospice care.

Don't really know how Family Hospice got my mother's information and became connected with us but from the start it took extremely too long for the medical equipment to get delivered. And when we first got assigned a nurse the very first time I needed her to call back to ask a question about my mom's condition it took her 3 hours to call back which it was a text. Then the same nurse the second time never called back. When we received the emergency medicine kit we was never explained how to administer the medicine. I had to call the night time nurse Joshua ( which was better at explaining everything than anyone). Thank you Joshua. When my mom did pass away we never got a call or card expressing the company's condolences. The nurse Dixie and Josh both texted me but no one in administration ever responded. You would think if this company was just starting back up they would want to be understanding to their patients and their family. I know my mom's insurance company put out alot of money for her care. We were not satisfied with Family Hospice

This is my first experience with Hospice care. I didn’t know what to expect. These folks are angels sent from Heaven! They provide high quality care in a dignified manner. When my mother was abused in one facility they helped me get her out of there and into a much nicer place and fast! The nurses and aides really care about providing comfort and care for you and your loved one. They also have a chaplain for spiritual counseling. I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Many thanks to Christine, Melissa, Simone, Allessia, NaeNae. You ladies are the best thing to happen to my mom through all of this and I don’t know where we would be without all of your help. Thank you for all you do. You are a bright light in this dark world!
