Family Hospice - Villa Rica

Good day friends This is a hard time if you are reading reviews. Short time into the journey I realized the competition between hospice companies. To myself I wondered what really one could offer that the other couldn't. I am truly without words the difference in the 'quality' of care. They all offer a CNA, supplies, etc. but there is a difference in care quality. I am giving Family Hospice coordinator and care a 5+ Stars. It has been a pleasure to have someone like Erica, care for my 84-year-old sister. My sister is in decline and doesn't have many good days or a smile on her face, until Erica comes in to tend to her. She approaches her tasks not like a job but like a passion. My sister recognizes this and responds accordingly. Thanks for all you do. We are fortunate to have you in our lives.

I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for an amazing CNA Erica B. I met during my grandmother’s hospice care. She showed a level of compassion, patience, and professionalism that brought so much comfort to our family over the past weekend. She treated her with dignity and gentleness, speaking to her with kindness and making sure she was always clean, comfortable, and cared for. She went above and beyond — taking her time, explaining every step, and tending to her needs as if she were her own family. I am truly grateful for the care, respect, and love she showed my grandmother. She is a blessing to her profession, and our family will never forget meeting her.
