Update...Next day we were able to get the call for the order for the fully electric bed and the half rails. So grateful for the fast work on that & very pleased to update this review. I look forward to giving more updates. Awaiting the new bed. Thank you, Helping Hands for all the magic you're working. Still working to learn more about this company, but figured I'd give this pre-warning ahead...they contract thru AdaptHealth for equipment, however only allow for a crank bed. So my 79 yo mother is bending down to crank the bed up & down...like the old cranks on the Ford cars in the early 1900's. It's really a strain on the back to do that. Then they have only full length bed rails instead of 4 separate ones, so we're working on that next to see if they can give the separate rails. Hospitals don't even have full rails because it's a restraint. While it's still early with this company, these are a couple of the concerns. Now, getting them started & getting the equipment was very fast. Plus, having the availability to have an aide come 5 days a week is a bonus. I would have a better rating if the bed were more modern as we know first hand that the supplier has them bc we used them prior to hospice. Looking forward to updating as I know more.

We chose Helping Hands Hospice to care for my mother when the time came due to our great satisfaction with Dr Naseem and mainly his nurse practitioner Sabrina that were her primary care prior to her decline. Being an RN who has practiced hospice, I cannot give enough praise to Megan, RN, Abby, RN and Victoria, RN. They provided what we needed to make Mom as comfortable as possible. Many many thanks to you all! To Sabrina, NP that has made Helping Hands her “baby”… Thank you for guiding me and my family at the most difficult time. I must mention Chaplin Dickerson. Forgive me if the spelling is wrong. She made a huge impact on my mother and my family with her scripture reciting and singing hymns with Mom. What a blessing you ALL were to us. 🙏

I can't thank Helping Hands Hospice enough for their incredible care and compassion. The team treated my Mother with such kindness and respect, making sure she was comfortable at home. Every nurse and caregiver was attentive, professional, and supportive to both my mother and our family. They truly made a difficult time more bearable. I highly recommend!
