I was most definitely pleased with the individual work of a couple of the employees. Cierra the RN and Lilly the CNA are beyond top notch. They were so respectful, professional, compassionate, understanding, and patient. They made a very tough Journey much easier. It would take ten pages to go through all the problems I had with them, but my biggest issue was COMMUNICATION. For example; my mother died after 10:30pm. The next day the CNA is showing up at my house to clean my mother. There was always confusion where there didn’t have to be. Hospice services of Georgia would call me on a regular basis and constantly screw up my name and call me deSmond. As many times as I corrected them and advise them that there is no S in my name they continued to disrespect me. Even weeks later they send me some raggedy letter of course with my name misspelled. Thank you so much Cierra and Lilly for being true professionals and knowing how to treat grieving people.
I am more then satisfied with the service provided I'm so glad I get to keep my dad home with me while hospice provides some of the greatest care to my dad. From the nurse to the CNA they are just so welcoming and professional as long as dad is happy I am happy.
