The love, compassion, and dedication shown by the entire staff made our hospice journey so much less stressful. I truly don’t know how I could have gotten through it without them. Nurse Lillian was my mother and father’s favorite member of the team. She cared for them with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. The CNA staff also provided exceptional care, treating my parents with love and dignity every step of the way. The entire team was always available, no matter the time of day or night. They promptly provided any medical supplies we needed, and whenever an emergency arose, they responded with compassion, professionalism, and respect. Lenox Hospice didn’t just care for my parents. They became part of our family. I will always be grateful for the comfort, support, and peace they brought to us during one of the most difficult times in our lives. I would highly recommend Lenox Hospice for both palliative and hospice care. Their compassion, dedication, and exceptional care made all the difference for our family, and I will always be thankful for everything they did for my parents. The hospice care we received was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff treated our family with compassion, dignity, and deep respect.
