I am so grateful for the care Piedmont Hospice Care has provided for my mother during this very difficult season of our lives. Everyone we have encountered has been compassionate and supportive, but I especially want to recognize Hope Creamer, the hospice aide who helps care for my mom. Hope assists my mother with bathing, personal care, and other activities of daily living, but what makes her so special is the way she does it. She treats my mother with such kindness, gentleness, dignity, and respect. You can tell that Hope genuinely cares about the people she serves—it isn’t just a job to her. As a daughter, there is such peace in knowing that someone is caring for your mother with the same tenderness and respect you would want to give her yourself. We absolutely love Hope and are so thankful for her. She has truly been a blessing to my mother and to our family. Thank you, Piedmont Hospice Care, and especially Hope, for making a difficult chapter a little easier through your compassion and care. ❤️

Susan Norcom is an angel who introduced me to Piedmont. This is the most warm, dedicated, and loving team of people you could ever wish to administer to your loved one. I highly recommend that you allow them to do their work as they did for my beloved wife during her transition. She loved them all!

We had a great experience at first but about three months ago the level of care and communication begin to decline. This week they allowed my mother to fun out of all of her hygiene supplies, leaving the staff at her memory care unit no clean undergarments to change her into. The nurse is extremely difficult to get a hold of. She does reply to texts or take phone calls. The office does reply to email and their voicemail box is full. I am afraid this company might be on their last leg. I am changing to another provider today.
