Hospice LaGrange is West Georgia Hospice’s inpatient house at 1510 Vernon Road in LaGrange. It has 16 private suites that open onto a terrace and look over the gardens. Families use it for symptom care that needs 24-hour nursing, and for caregiver respite. There is no limit on visiting hours.

While the nurses who took care of my sister were good, it always felt like there was a huge communication gap between hospice and the Florence Hand nursing home. Also after receiving the initial call from the hospice nurse telling me that my sister passed away that morning, I have not received a single call to see how we are doing from hospice. This is so much not the experience that I have had with two other hospice organizations I have dealt with in the past
