We are currently using Community Care Hospice for the second time. The first time, it was the service we were set up with and this time we chose the same company. Choosing hospice for a loved one is hard, doing it twice is numbing. Community Care has been OUTSTANDING! The love, compassion and dedication is beyond expectations. The staff, most of which is the same we had years ago, remember our family and our beloved mother now seem honored to come back and care for our dear father. Hospice can be scary and overwhelming but it can also be beautiful with the right help and support; this company has that and then some. If you choose hospice care, you're giving your loved one a gift but you're also giving something really special to yourself - time you can't replace. Community Care will make the time you have so much more meaningful. I highly recommend this company. I don't know how many times our family will have to go through this but we will choose Community Care Hospice every time.
