We used this agency for both of my parents who died 15 months apart. The marketer was wonderful, the admit nurse was wonderful, the CNA was wonderful and the DON was wonderful. However the on-call nurse was completely without compassion or concern. Twice, I phoned in a crises, and twice the nurse was rude and refused to help. The RN assigned to my father’s care was going through her own personal tragedy and could not focus on our needs. This is the fault of management, not the RN. I attempted to file a complaint against the on-call nurse, and was unable to provide details like her name, where she lived, etc, so the complaint was not taken.
