I don’t expect ANY business to be perfect. Elara care is very close though. My mom just passed away and I want to say that even though there were times where I got frustrated with them, they still did their job and did it VERY professionally. Mrs. Shirley Harris was the nurse aid and she was very respectful and professional. She did a wonderful job taking care of my mother. Taylor was her nurse and she was very patient, respectful, and professional in her job. There were a few times I hung up on them because the person I was talking to kept talking and didn’t let me do what needed to be done then get back either me. At the time I was frustrated and it was partially my fault due to the stress I was under. As time passed I realized what I had done and I called back to apologize but the next shift was in and I didn’t remember who I spoke to. All in all, this is a great company and excellent employees. I highly recommend them for anyone needing their expertise.

After leaving louisiana hospice for their incompetence toward me and my mother , I am so glad I chose Elara. These are the best people to work with. The nurse, aide, chaplain and social worker are the best. They made the last week of my mothers life special. I cant thank them enough

The nurse, PT, and OT who came to my house after I had surgery were professional and nice. However, the person who called me to “explain” my options was rude and talked over me. I finally said (while she was still talking) that if she didn’t be quiet and give me a chance to talk, I was going to hang up. She never quit talking so I hung up. I cannot recommend this company.
