The nurses, chaplain, home health aides and social worker were all greatly appreciated and so very compassionate. I would highly recommend Hope Hospice for anyone needing hospice services.
I wasn't satisfied with my experience at all. If I could figure out a way to call and report someone, I would. When my loved one passed, the on called nurse came in to give the time of death, she didn't say anything to my family and I. They didn't say " condolences" "I'm sorry" Nothing. We didn't even get her name.
The service my great grandmother received was excellent. The compassion and dedication to patient care is outstanding
