Excellent care provided to my aunt. Nurse Darian visited my aunt the same day of requested services. Nurse Michelle was thorough and very kind- she made sure all of my aunts needs were met. Breann, her nurses aide, provided excellent personal care and was very compassionate. I did not get the opportunity to meet the chaplain or social worker but my aunt spoke very highly of them. I highly recommend Continuum Care Hospice.

We had a problem with a doctor (GB) -apparently a geriatric specialist who cared for a patient at a nursing facility. The doctor was anything but helpful after the patient passed away. Luckily for us an angel named Amy Allen (employee of Continuum Care Hospice) got involved and completely fixed the problem in a matter of hours after the nursing home doctor made it apparent patient care for her must have a "$" associated with it. Caring for a patient doesn't end at death and Ms. Allen and Dr. Rastogi at Continuum Care Hospice understand that. Thank you both for going above and beyond for a FORMER patient when their attending could obviously care less. My mother who worked 11 years with Hospice would have been proud to be part of your team.
