From the first call to Marlene, to inquire about Hospice, to all the care received to my father in law and the family Heartland was on it! The nurse Kaitlin and Patty were both awesome, as well as the admitting nurse. The compassion and care they showed went far above what was expected! Avrial the aide provided top notch care as well as honored his dignity. The staff was only a phone call away, and Marlene checked on the family daily! We can’t thank you enough for all you have done💙
I am so appreciative of having Heartland Hospice (whitehouse)there thru my parents failing health and sickness journey which lasted a while.They started as in home care taking care of meds when parents could no longer do little things,and having aids help with bathing, Hospice then followed them in the nursing home with the same extra care and my mom into assisted living giving her the best comfort care and alot of time and extra caring ear just to listen. .I always felt I could reach out at any time with questions and concerns day or night.weekends ,holidays and always got a quick response.Alot of people think its just for the last days but its truley more than that.❤️ Teresa Roughton
