Hospice Care of Middletown

Thank you to Amber Jackson who went above and beyond in a delicate situation I was dealing with caring for a resident at an AL facility recently. Thank you for working with our team and giving us the support we sometimes need to care for our mutual patient. What a breath of fresh air! If I could give them more stars, I would! Hospice of Middletown was an essential part of my mom's care when she was referred to hospice in October 2025. I can't say enough good things about April, Carrie, Betsy, Barry and even the on-call staff. Everyone was wonderful with my mom and truly cared about her and her quality of life. My mom loved all of them as well. She passed away this past February and the support I received from Hospice of Middletown even after she passed has been great! They are currently making me a bear out of one of my mom's favorite sweaters that she always wore, and I am starting grief counseling with them this week! Highly recommend!

Hospice of Middletown has provided absolutely wonderful care for both of my parents at the ends of their lives. Caretakers were totally dedicated and genuine in their deep care for their patients and love for their purpose. In addition, they maintained constant communication with family members regarding our parents’ conditions throughout their time of care. My family and I had peace of mind having Hospice there to be with our parents, especially when we weren’t able to be there with them. I know that both of my parents looked forward to the times hospice visited. I feel very privileged to have experienced having Hospice to be there for my parents and us.
