What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
My, sister have been here for a week in the Rehab and every wheelchair that they have put her in smell like Urine. The first day my other sister came to visit and had to ask for a different wheelchair which they did accommodate, then they moved the entire floor to another floor. Now it starts all over again I got here today and the wheelchair stinks of Urine I asked the CNA if she could get another she has not come back yet.
My mother was on Heights Pavilion and the valve on the oxygen tank they were trying to use was broken so the staff search for one, trying to find one. How about checking these valves regularly so that the oxygen takes are I order for emergencies?
My mother was in a different rehab rehab and we had to move her out of there. We were fortunate to find a bed available at Menorah Park. We are grateful that she has had a good experience there. The food could have been better and there was a lack of healthy alternatives. Thus the 4 star rating. She has been at the Marcus Pavilion for a little more than 2 weeks. The staff has been great. My mother has shown great progress. The team meetings were helpful also. She is so much stronger that she can now go home to where she's comfortable in a Safe way. Thank you.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
