Terms for paid informational listings in our Trusted Community Resources directory

These Terms ("Terms") govern paid listing placements in the Find Hospices Trusted Community Resources directory ("Listings") for funeral homes, cremation providers, and elder law and estate planning attorneys ("Listing Participant," "you").
By applying for, purchasing, or maintaining a Listing, you agree to these Terms with Find Hospices, operated by National Hospice Directory LLC ("Find Hospices," "we," "our").
1. What This Is
Find Hospices operates an informational Trusted Community Resources directory at https://www.findhospices.com/ohio/trusted-resources. Listings are paid informational advertising sold as flat subscription fees. Payment buys profile visibility only. Listings are separate from our hospice provider directory and do not affect hospice search results or quality metrics. Find Hospices is not a funeral home, cremation provider, law firm, referral service, or care coordinator. We do not provide medical, legal, or funeral advice.
2. Listing Contents
Subject to approval and availability, a Listing may include business name, contact information, service area, category, logo, short description, and website link as displayed on our site, along with "Call Now," "Email Now," and "Visit Website" contact buttons where contact information is available.
3. Independence and Disclosure
Listings are paid informational advertising sold as flat subscription fees. Payment buys profile visibility only. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, referral, or quality ranking. Find Hospices is not owned or controlled by any listed provider. We do not accept referral fees or compensation tied to client engagements or transactions. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted content and for maintaining required licenses. We may display that listings are paid informational profiles.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current business information and prompt updates when details change
- Maintain valid licenses and comply with applicable laws and advertising rules
- Not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient-identifiable information
- Not misrepresent your services or your relationship with Find Hospices
We may reject, revise, pause, or remove any Listing that violates these Terms or is misleading.
5. Review, Approval, and Removal
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications for fit and may decline any applicant. Listings go live only after our approval and successful payment.
Find Hospices reserves the right to decline, remove, or discontinue any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, inconsistent with our mission, or not aligned with the needs of families seeking end-of-life resources.
6. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation
Listings are billed monthly or annually through Stripe on a flat subscription fee. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations stop future charges; prior payments are nonrefundable unless required by law. Failed payment may result in pausing or removal of your Listing. Find Hospices does not charge referral fees, commissions, or fees tied to family inquiries or transactions.
7. Analytics
We may provide participating providers with aggregate performance information, such as profile views or clicks. We do not disclose personal visitor information to listed providers.
8. License to Display Content
You grant Find Hospices a limited license to display, format, reproduce, and promote the content you submit for your Listing on our platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.
9. Business Location, Advertising Services & Taxes
Find Hospices is operated by National Hospice Directory LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Paid listings are flat-fee digital directory advertising and related profile services purchased from National Hospice Directory LLC. Applicable taxes, if any, will be collected where required by law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate business-location and billing information for account and tax purposes.
10. Disclaimer and Contact
Find Hospices makes no guarantees about leads, inquiries, revenue, or placement outcomes. Families are responsible for verifying information and choosing providers on their own.
