Our experience with RMH was over the top of what we expected when my father-in-law’s time came. I can’t recommend their services enough. They went over and above our expectations that had been previously set at an average bar by other companies. Our on-call nurse was Susan and we can’t say enough good things about her efficiency and bedside manner. If I could leave 20 stars I would.

It has taken me a year to give this hospice organization their flowers. My mother passed away February of 2024 and her nurses were the most compassionate and patient people. They answered all of our questions, made sure I was included in decision making (my sister was her full time caregiver). We only had issues with one nurse and they replaced her immediately. Her home health aides were so sweet and made sure to protect my mother’s dignity. They assisted my sister with ways to provide personal care so she wouldn’t injure herself or my mother. The nurse who came the night before my mom started her transition went above and beyond her duties. She communicated what was happening and what to expect. The following afternoon the nurse arrived and stayed the course with my family until the funeral home came to get my mom. She was even aware of opening the window (she helped me) so her soul could be released from the home. While her death was one of the most difficult events I’ve ever experienced, the Russell Murray team was on point! Oh and we were introduced to this organization by accident. Thank you all for the care and love you provided my family. ❤️

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I am searching for a friend that might possibly be in the hospital or hospice and when I asked them to search for her name they gave me an attitude and said man this is a hospice not a hospital as if I didn't realize the number that I was calling when I am searching for my friend who might possibly be dead. I don't appreciate the disrespect and lack of professionalism from this place. I hope they end up in a hospice somewhere.
