Suncrest Hospice - Oklahoma City

The staff, was wonderful, thoughtful, nice, helpful, sensitive and efficient. What a blessing they were, though, we only had them for a short time. They were way and beyond, helping us. Doing the jobs, that we couldn't anymore, getting a room with equipment, toiletries ready for my mother in law who was blind, not clean and fought us. Couldn't hear, but helpful, with getting the guys in my family. Involved and I could pull back. An I can't praise them enough.

My mom needed hospice so out of several options we chose Suncrest. Her nurse Tarek was amazing and he was so kind. She only lasted about a week and a half once we got her home from the hospital. Everyone was so friendly and was there anytime we needed something. This was the hardest thing to go thru but they were amazing and made it much easier for us and for Mom. Thank you Tarek for taking such good care of my mom and to Suncrest for being there for us. They really did a great job. in explaining and showing us what all we needed to do and what the next steps were to expect. Our family truly appreciates Suncrest for everything.

My husband needed to be on hospice. We chose Suncrest. We had an amazing care team. They all took care of my husband and myself. They were so thoughtful, caring & knowledgeable. Nurse Lisa was the best. She was upfront with us, friendly, professional and she knew how to communicate and work with both of us. She was always available to answer questions, calm my nerves and just be there for us. Health Aide Aimee was so good with my husband. At first he didn’t want anyone to help him with his shower. She showed him dignity and respect. She really knows her stuff. She is an amazing woman. Social Worker Fallon made sure we both knew she was available any time we needed her. She is such a caring & sweet woman. Spiritual Counselor Bill Philips was a pleasure to spend time with. He is a very easy person to talk to. He was fantastic. On call nurse Bonnie was so helpful on my husband’s final night. She sat with me and made a schedule of his meds to keep him comfortable on his final day. I can never thank this team enough. I will always respect and appreciate everything they did to guide us along our path.
