TruHeart was extraordinary in every way with my mother. Brittni went above and beyond to make sure that Mom's care was exactly what she needed and also covered under Medicare. Our weekend nurse, Laura, got all the equipment sent so Mom would be more comfortable. Our weekday nurse, Wendy, kept me in the loop every step of the way (I'm in Arkansas). Ms. Rhonda made sure my nephews (her full-time caretakers) were constantly informed and felt supported, both physically and emotionally. And, Cassie was there to help us through Mom's transition. These folks are not only professional, they are compassionate. They DEFINITELY showed up with all the right supplies and plenty of them each time, were timely with her prescriptions, and over communicated. Michael was the chaplain that visited Mom twice in her final days, and I was so touched and impressed when he came to the Visitation at the funeral home.
