New beacon southern care is just great! My mother is soon to be 70 years old, she is a cardiac patient and has been for a few years now. She had recently been put on with another hospice group and they just thought she was fine and graduated her from there care. In their eyes it was just a wonderful thing, but the problem was, momma wasn’t any better than what she was to start. So they dropped her, we knew that was not right, so me and my spouse and father called new beacon here in sylacauga, they seen that my mom should have not been dropped at all so they picked her right on up. They have been just totally awesome. From the nurses aid, to the D.H.R. Worker they all are amazing!! I would recommend new beacon to anyone who cares if their loved ones are being taken care of and getting what they need! 💯
