My uncle Reinaldo Jimenez , it's been with Gentiva Hospice almost a year. From the first day they came , the service was fast , he got his health equipments next day, and they did an assessment of his health needs. His nurse Barbara Fleitas, it's been with him since, great communications skills, always returns my calls fast, and is a problem solver. My uncle and myself are very happy to have her as his nurse. She is definitely an asset for Gentiva Hospice. Overall a great experience.
My nurse is beyond amazing and I don’t think I could find anyone as sweet and supportive as she is. Diamy goes beyond her job as a nurse and I think about her as a confident and friend. When I met Lourdes I just knew I made the right choice in picking Gentiva as my safe haven. So far anyone who has come to treat me has been exceptional.
