What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
OpusCare brings excellent service and relief to the family members/caregivers. My mom is 94 and needed help. They supply the bed and essentials their staff needs to give the necessary service to the patients.
The salesman promised alot of services and when the CNA arrived she ad used that they do not do those services promised I feel this is a scam and lack of professionalism, and a bait and switch tactic to get patients to sign up to the services We have called several.times and we can't not get a straight answer. They promise 24 hours services but when I called they said thatched did not have one available. My father has severe dementia and alzheimers and it very difficult for us to care for him. We are.not trained for certified to effectively take care fo him. I would like a member of the management team or above to call.us to discuss these deficiency on what was.sold to us and what they are saying they can and cannot do. You sound have our information on file. Please call us to discuss further. Or you can DM me and ill.give you our contact information
We had a wonderful experience with Opus care. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. My grandma told me she loved how Angela from the Orange Team treated her with such warmth and compassion. It made all the difference in her care, and we truly appreciate the dedication and kindness shown. Highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for quality medical care!
