The staff has been amazing. They truly listen to your concerns and will keep trying until they get things right. Everything has been running smoothly, and I’m so grateful for the care and support they’ve given my mom and our family. Quan and Ebony are wonderful CNAs, and Abby is such a loving and caring nurse—even my kids love her! Christi and Ingrid in the office have also been amazing at making sure everything runs smoothly and that our concerns are addressed. My mom has grown to love them all, and it means so much to see her comfortable, well cared for, and even gaining weight again. Having a team you can trust with someone you love makes such a difference. I would definitely recommend their in-home hospice and palliative care team to any family looking for compassionate, dependable care.

Navigating hospice care for our dad was a journey filled with uncertainty, questions, and difficult decisions. Sarah showed a depth of compassion that I deeply needed. I needed to know there was someone who genuinely cared and wanted the very best for my dad. She showed this in so many ways. When we felt we had to move my dad to another assisted living home, she stayed with my dad for several hours while my brother and I moved his belongings so that he wasn’t alone. At the final assisted living home where he lived, Sarah visited him once or twice each week. He called her “his buddy” and truly loved her company. She made him feel valued, cared for, and special. She also kept me updated after visits and often sent me pictures of him. Whenever concerns arose, Sarah was always quick to respond and help. Everyone we spoke with at Blue Summit was kind and supportive. On top of that, Blue Summit provided overnight caregiving support free of charge for my dad’s first two nights there, as well as additional caregiving assistance during a difficult period of decline. We will always be grateful for the kindness, compassion, and support Sarah and the entire Blue Summit team showed our family during such a difficult time. Their care brought comfort not only to our dad but also to those of us who loved him.
