Trinity hospice care was phenomenal during one of the toughest times of our lives. I can’t say enough about the compassion, support, and quality of care that we received. I will forever be grateful and I cannot recommend them enough!

The on call nurse failed to make proper assessment of our LO and told us nothing to be worried about and left within an hour of arrival. She left us thinking everything was going to be fine. He died within 12 hrs. We had to deal with it on our own!! The least she could have done was to find out what his baseline was. Completely careless.

I was disappointed in the service we received for my mother that has dementia and under hospice care with another company. The nurse that came to assess my mother was not friendly. In asking orient questions to my Mom such as where are you, what year is it, etc…I was shocked that the nurse corrected my Mom on her answers! When my Mom told her she was in Alabama ( the only place she’s ever known), the nurse replied to her and said No ma’am, you are in Kennesaw, Ga.! This upset and confused my Mom. After her basic assessment we were told that my Mom doesn’t qualify for their hospice care! She did not even contact their Dr prior to telling us that we were declined. Would not recommend this place! Thankfully we found another hospice company to continue my mom’s care.
