This was my first encounter with hospice. I was concerned with proper care and scheduling. I have to say, the Jackson, GA office and their staff has been SUPER AWESOME and SUPER SUPPORTIVE, and genuinely caring. I cannot commend them enough. Their service is the epitome of customer service. They set the standard by setting the example.
Tradition saved us! My sister is very ill and we were at a breaking point because of lack of insurance. Traditions hospice took my sister under their care until we worked out our insurance issues. Their staff is so loving and caring. I feel as though I have known them for years and years. The administrators are awesome as well. Amy is one in a million. Kallie , Jerrilyn and Jessica are also wonderful angels. I highly recommend this hospice to anyone who wants true and genuine care and love.
