Unbelievable. I just revived a call from a “nurse”’who screamed that I need a “sitter” for a dying family member. Dad is having a rough transition, and this place has the most uncaring staff I’ve encountered. Caller refused to provide a name, would not provide a supervisor, and had a shockingly uncaring demeanor. If you want a place where your loved one can go in peace, surrounded by people who care, this is not the place. 5 star reviews are paid for no doubt, This place is awful. Edited to add: Dad passed this morning. No one called. I found out through a family member. When I asked staff why no one called, they literally stood in his room, over his dead body, and yelled at me.

Great overall care with team of Nurses and staff members and presiding doctor to help you navigate in providing quality care for your loved one. Facility is clean. Also, any questions or concerns were address upon request. I would recommend Hertiage Hospice as your provider for any patient, especially your loved ones. In addition, I would recommend Hertiage Hospice if you are electing to have hospice in the home. All the nurses and staff members were professional and met all of our needs to care for my Beloved mother in the privacy of her home.

My father was a patient there for 10 days before he passed. I was very pleased with the attention he received. Even though he was deeply sleeping most of the time, you could observe his peacefulness. I visited every day and made a point to go at different times of the day. All was perfect, on each visit. Facility is very clean and cozy. Lobby area is comfortable for visitors and larger groups to gather. Patient rooms are bright with sunlight and very comfortable for visiting. My father was clean, with clean gowns, every time I came. Staff was very professional and friendly and always answered any concerns I might have had. Final days are tough on everyone, however here I felt very relaxed about the entire situation. His last few days were a lot better than we could have hoped for.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section.
