North Gwinnett Hospice is an amazing provider for anyone looking for the support of a reliable palliative or hospice provider. I have had the privilege of building a professional partnership with Dr. Udo and her team as they have provided services to an affiliated senior living community. Everyone on their team has proven to be extremely attentive, professional and compassionate. What sets this provider apart from others is Dr. Udo is personally involved and so dedicated to her patients. She meets with her patients and the family personally upon admission. In addition to her nursing team, she continues to follow up with routine visits, to ensure continuity of care. Beyond providing exceptional care and support to their patients NGH does a phenomenal job with communicating and supporting the senior living staff. I will continue to recommend NGH to future clients in need of palliative or hospice services.
