Great company. Very professional. Mom always looks forward to CNA Roxanne's visits. She has a wonderful heart for service and makes her feel pampered and special. They have a very good connection. Our case manager, Shodette is also very attentive and quick to respond to concerns and medical needs.
My husband was placed on hospice(PruittHealth Hospice) Atlanta at the beginning of February. Everyone involved in his care from the beginning of February to March 25 upon his death were very compassionate,caring and stayed updated to insure his comfort and being as pain free as possible. He was dx in August 22 with dementia- pcp and neurologist thought Lewy body dementia vs Alzheimer’s.. Since his death- I’ve been surrounded by friends and family and haven’t felt a need to reach out to any hospice employees. However- support does continue past the death of a loved one if needed
Although the team is very sweet, I have been having issues getting in contact with anyone from my mother’s team and the office. It would be 5 stars but the communication and care/services are not meeting my families needs.
