Gentiva - Conyers

Gentiva has been taking care of my mom for a few months as she battles with her terminal end- stages of Alzheimer’s. They have been amazing. I’d like to more specifically mention the Nurse Yolanda, the RN who has been seeing my mom. She is the glue that keeps everything together for us. She makes sure we have all medicine and supplies, provides insight on how we can keep my mom more comfortable, and many, many other things. She is an excellent healthcare professional and I would trust her with my own life. Gretchen and the social work team is amazing as well, very respectful and efficient. In short, Gentiva has bed great in all senses of the word. They are highly recommended!

That kind of individualized care is rare, and it has made all the difference. And then there’s Keona, who bathes and cares for my mom with such gentleness, and respect that it feels like she’s caring for her own family. Over time, both Shauna, and Keona have become more than caregivers, they’ve become part of our family. Their presence brings comfort, reassurance, and genuine warmth into our home. A good hospice company is defined by more than medical expertise. It’s about compassion, communication, reliability, and the ability to honor a person’s life even in their most vulnerable moments. The company's 24/7 support, their commitment to dignity, and their deeply human approach to care set them apart.

The staff Alicia, Daisy, Yolanda and Erin provided outstanding customer service during the time my mom is on care. They are truly amazing and God sent ! Thank you sooo much!
